Missed calls by default will show as a full-screen notification on your device. These can be turned off if
required.

Introduction
A missed call, as the word implies, is classed as a call that your device has missed. This means that calls that come
into your main number, ring your device and are answered by someone else within the ring group, will also show up on your device as a missed call.
How to Turn Off the Notifications
To turn off the notifications, please contact your Account Manager.
They will arrange to update the programming to remove the feature. To complete the process, the device will require a reboot. Your Account Manager can discuss this with you if you are uncertain how to complete the action.
